This 1-day first aid course meets the requirements to administer first aid at work, and also helps keep your family and community safe. By practicing skills in scenarios, you will gain the confidence to provide first aid when an accident or emergency occurs.

It meets the guidelines from WorkSafe New Zealand (2020) and is highly recommended for the majority of workplaces. It includes 8-hours class time plus 4-hours of self-study.

It will give you a First Aid certificate that is valid for two years. You must recertify this course every two years.
